Butter a glass 5”x9” loaf pan https://amzn.to/4fa41i7
Mix in order given- Dry ingredients first, next make a well in the dry ingredients, add eggs, liquids, mix together. Stir in nuts and chips.
Spread mixture in pan, top with topping
