Candle Care
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn
Let the wax pool to the edges on the first burn (usually 2–3 hours)
Keep the candle away from drafts, children, and pets
This helps your candle burn evenly, smell amazing, and last longer.
How long should I burn my candle each time?
We recommend 2–4 hours per burn. Burning longer occasionally is fine, but never leave a candle unattended.
Can I reuse the jar?
Absolutely! Once your candle is finished, wash out the jar and use it as a cup, vase, or storage container.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my candle arrives damaged?
We’ll replace any damaged candles — just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage.
Can I return a candle if I change my mind?
Because our candles are handmade and for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened candles. However, we can work with you on exchanges or store credit if something went wrong.
Do you offer refunds?
No— if a replacement or exchange isn’t possible, we’ll issue a store credit for the product. Your satisfaction is top priority, if you are not happy with your candle we will find a way to make it right. Thanks for your support!
