How it Started
I spent years in real estate — constant conversations, decisions, deadlines, other people’s emotions, go-go-go energy. Eventually my nervous system tapped out and told me the truth: “This is too much.”
So I started paying attention to what actually helped me feel calm at home. Clean products. Gentler scents. A quieter kind of comfort. That slowly turned into Bright Earth Wellness Co.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about removing some of the noise.
So your body doesn’t have to work quite so hard.

Here’s how I choose what makes the cut
Before anything goes on the shelf, I ask myself:
Does it actually feel clean?
Does it calm instead of clutter the senses?
Would I want this in my own home?
If it doesn’t feel genuinely supportive or clean enough, I don’t make it. Because your environment matters — and your body notices.
I choose only the highest quality ingredients in everything I make.
For candles & scents I use premium ingredients including: all natural coconut-soy wax (no paraffin, that stuff is nasty) , cotton wicks (no lead core wicks, those are chemy), eco friendly room spray base, Clean Scent+ fragrance: (CleanScents+ is made of the highest fragrance oil safety standards and the original inspiration for our in-house regulatory program. These fragrances are manufactured without organ toxins, acute toxins, CMRs, phthalates, and ingredients on the California Prop 65 list.)

I’m Jess Nilson a Mayo Clinic trained, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Broker/Owner of NORTH Realty & Development, former Managing Broker, and someone who has always been tuned-in to the emotional temperature in a room. Over time, I realized my environment plays a big role in how safe or stressed my system feels.
So I created Bright Earth Wellness Co for people like me — thoughtful, sensitive, slightly exhausted humans who just want home to feel like an exhale.
