I did not come to this work from a textbook. I came to it from years of watching people — including people I love — struggle with symptoms that did not have clean answers, with systems that treated one piece at a time and missed the whole picture.

I am a board certified health and wellness coach with training in functional medicine, Reiki, holistic nutrition, energy work, and astrology. I have spent years studying how all of it connects — and even longer learning to trust what I have always known intuitively.

The Wellness Wheel is the course I wish had existed when I needed it most. I built it for the person who is done with partial answers and ready to see the whole thing.
